What are your online returns/exchange policy?
  • You may exchange at our nearest store, attached with the receipt, T&C apply.
  • Only items that are in its original condition; unworn, unwashed and in its original packaging with label still attached can be returned/exchanged. Items that are damaged from wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.
  • Clearance and sales items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
  • For returns and exchanges, customers are advised to notify us first at email by quoting the order number and product details for further assist with our Customer Service Team (CST).
  • ALL Delivery fee to return/exchange the product shall be borne by the customer.
  • We do reserve the right not to allow the return of products or exchange of any transactions although the condition above is met. The management reserves the rights to reject any returns / exchanges at our discretion.

How do I return or exchange an item?
For Exchange:

Scenario 1
You can exchange in physical SANTA FOOTWEAR store easily!

  • Contact us at santafootwear.top@gmail.com by quoting the order number, product details, reason of exchange to our CST. (Recommended)
  • Make sure and check items are in original condition; unworn, unwashed and in its original packaging with label still attached.
  • Get an exchange form written by us. Return the item with original receipt and exchange to different size/color/article (same or above priced item with top up the balance).

Scenario 2

  • Step 1: Make sure your items are in original condition; unworn, unwashed and in its original packaging with label still attached.
  • Step 2: Contact us at santafootwear.top@gmail.com by quoting the order number, product details, reason of exchange, and item to exchange as different size/color/article (same or above priced item with top up the balance) to our CST and get an exchange form provided by our customer service team.
  • Step 3: After customer paid ALL delivery fees/top ups with verification, you may proceed to mail your item back to the address we provide.
  • Step 4: After received item with valid quality check, exchange item will deliver out and provide tracking number to customer.

Which items are non-returnable?

  • Items that are damaged due to wear and tear, misuse, abuse, negligence, altered and/or soiled.
  • The management reserves the rights to reject any returns / exchanges at our discretion.

How do I exchange something I bought in-store?

  • We provide product exchange within 7 days of upon received and can be only 1 time.
  • You must return the product in its original condition (items that are unworn, unaltered, unwashed and in sellable condition) together with the original receipt.
  • Products on sale are not eligible for exchanges.
  • We reserve the right to vary these policies at any time without prior notice.

Can I request for a refund for item bought in-store?

  • We do not offer any form of refund. However, exchange your products within 7 days of purchase.
  • To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. Any accompanying tags must be intact and in original packaging.
